It was exactly two weeks ago today that our blog and fundraiser went live. We haven’t had a chance to give you an update.

The past two weeks have been a crazy one. We have been working on getting a large packet of information sent back to our adoption agency. This included getting our fingerprints taken, submitting all our information for our background checks, and writing our autobiography. To say it has been a busy few weeks is an understatement.

Our next step will be to schedule our homestudy. We expect this to be scheduled sometime in October, after all our background checks have been completed.
